Dashboard: Billfold Organizer Dashboard

The Organizer Dashboard serves as the main backend interface for event organizers, allowing them to edit customizable event details.

Below is a list and a brief overview of the dashboard's features. Your access to these features varies based on your user role, so you may not see all items when you log in. If you need to edit event details that aren’t currently available to you, consult with your Client Success Manager to verify your dashboard permissions.

Dashboard: A collection of charts giving you insight into your revenue. More information can be found below.

Reports: Billfold offers a robust suite of reports covering sales, deposits, attendees, and more.

Analytics: Allows you to customize event overviews to dig deeper into your data.

Payments: This tab pulls reports of transactions, refunds, and disputes from all events under your organizer.

Payment Methods: List of payment methods, or bank cards, linked to the wristband, used at events, and the ability to unlock them. This is also where you can create custom payment methods for things like Drink Tickets, Pre-Payments, etc.

Events: Search for your events at the top of the page. Events can be filtered by Title, Organizer, and Payment Account.

Vendors: This section is used to add, edit, and delete Vendors.

Catalog: This is where you will manage your menus, modifiers, prep stations and more as it relates to your event operations and central menu management.

Marketing: You will be able to manage presentations for dual screens and activations here, charities for Billfold Give round up and Polls that can be given to guests during their registration process.


Access Management: This section manages Dashboard users with different permissions and sends them invitations.

Fleet Control Center: Billfold offers a robust device monitoring tool. This allows you to see real-time statuses of connectivity, Bluetooth, brightness, and more. It also allows you to push application updates at scale.
