Event organizers can support charities of their choice with “Billfold Give.” This feature encourages event attendees at activation kiosks to round up all purchases and transactions made with Billfold to the nearest dollar, with the extra amount donated to a charity or foundation selected by the organizers.
This function allows for the development of new charity initiatives and makes them available at the activation kiosks. If guests have opted to receive emailed receipts, the donation amount will be displayed on their receipt.
To Add A Charity
Click 'New Charity' in the top right corner to create a new charity. be created.
Add a description: a brief summary of the charity and where the round-up funds will be needed for Charity Creation.
Once you've entered the description, click 'Create Charity.
The charity can then be assigned to specific events by using the Action button and selecting 'Edit' on the Events main page.
