Dashboard: Manage Presentations

Presentations are a great way to feature products, future events or even paid advertisements from a sponsor.

Presentations and Images are uploaded and created within the Marketing Module of the Billfold Dashboard.
Any new presentations for upcoming events will be posted here.


Add Images

To create a new presentation, images must first be uploaded that meet the following specifications: 1164x1164px, in JPG or PNG format, and no larger than 2MB.

  • In the Dashboard, go to the Marketing section and click Media Displays.

  • On the top left, click Images.

  • Click New Image on the Right.

  • Title the image, select an image to upload, and then click Create Image once it has been uploaded.

  • Follow the steps above to upload each image for the presentation, which you can then configure in the Presentations tab.

Create Presentations:

The whole presentation set of images will be finalized within this section.

  • On the top left of Media Displays, click Presentations.

  • Click “New Presentation” on the right.

  • Title the Presentation.

  • Click “Add Slide” and select the Orange/Yellow Image icon; the available images for the organization will appear.

  • Select the images by clicking “Pick” for each image. You may have up to 20 images in a single presentation.

  • Once all images have been selected, click “Create Presentation.”

  • Presentations can then be assigned to Sales Points, Access Points, or Self-Check-In within the event.

Add a Presentation to an Event

You can add the presentation to your event once images have been uploaded and a presentation is configured.

  • On the left, click Events and select the event that you'd like to add your presentation to. Please note that this event must be created before a presentation can be added.

  • At the top, select the Presentations tab.

  • On the right, click the New Presentation dropdown menu. Select Sales Point, Access Point, or Self-Check-in Presentation as applicable.

  • You can choose the presentation you created in the steps above, add the revenue centers you want to display it at if it is a Sales Point Presentation, and click Create.

  • Could you delete any presentations you'd like to remove? It's common to copy a previous event to create a new one, which also copies the associated presentations. You might want to update these after copying.

  • Tip: Selecting Default when creating a sales point presentation will add it to all NEW revenue centers.


Click "View" next to the presentation to view its contents.

General Notes:

  • Customer Screens or any screen using a presentation must be connected to a Wi-Fi Network to download.

  • If you're seeing "Cannot Load Banner" on the screens, first verify that the device is connected to Wi-Fi by exiting the application.

  • If you are still encountering an issue, verify that the uploaded image(s) are correctly formatted.
