Event organizers can survey or poll their guests upon arrival at activation kiosks. Access to the Manage Polls feature depends on organizer role permissions. If you want to use this feature and don't see it on your dashboard, you may need to ask your supervisor or contact us for assistance.
This section features four tabs.
Polls
Used to search for and create new polls.
To search for a poll: All polls are listed in an itemized list at the bottom of the page. When searching for a specific poll, you can filter searches by Name
To create a new poll, select “New Poll” in the top right corner. Enter the poll name (Formatted Event Title [Date])
A drop-down box will appear with questions that can be added to that poll. Note: Questions must first be created in the Poll Questions tab before they will appear here.
To add more than one question to the poll, select “Add Question,” located at the bottom of the screen. You can also add an optional description to the poll
When finished, click “Create Poll” to finalize.
Poll Questions:
The “Polls Questions” tab is used to add and edit questions that can be added to an organizer’s poll. Questions added in this tab will be listed according to the event organizer.
To search for a poll question, All questions are listed by name. When searching for a specific question, use the filter at the top of the page to find key words.
To create a new poll question, Select “New Question” in the top right corner.
Type out the question in the provided space.
Select “Add Answer” on the screen's bottom right side to add an answer to the poll question.
If you want the poll question in a multiple-choice response format, tick the box next to “Multiple choice.”
To finalize, select “Create question” on the bottom left side of the screen.
Poll Statistics
This is where you find out how your guests responded.
Use the dropdown menu to find the specific question and click Filter to populate a chart similar to what you see below.
If you ask the same questions multiple days, filtering by Event might be a good idea.
Respondent Answers
This tab will show how individual guests answer the poll questions. You might have their names, birthdays, and email addresses, depending on your collected information. Did you poll them, asking who their favorite artist is? You could market directly to them the next time that act comes to town.
Use the dropdown menu to find the specific question and click Filter to populate a chart similar to what you see below.
If you ask the same questions multiple days, filtering by Event might be a good idea.
Use the export function to the right to download a spreadsheet with the data.
