How to Manually Add a Single Item in a Revenue Center
Note: Update each revenue center where you'd like this item to appear.
In the Billfold Dashboard, click Events on the left.
Select the event you wish to update. This will likely be your current event or next upcoming event. You can use the filters at the top of the page to help if needed.
Click the Revenue Center Tab. Select the revenue center where you want to add the item.
Select the Items tab inside the Revenue Center
On the right, click the Actions dropdown and select New Item.
Fill out all the information from top to bottom. Not every field is required. The categories in the dropdown menu are those that have already been created. You may need to create one in the Categories tab if there is no appropriate category.
After filling in the fields, scroll to the bottom and click Create.
Your new menu item is now available at the selected revenue center. Repeat the process if you wish for the item to be listed in other revenue centers.
NOTE: If you want the item to show up on the main screen (this is good for top sellers), add the item to Favorite Items.
Pro Tip: When you add an item individually, the Billfold Dashboard automatically assigns a unique SKU. Use this same SKU when adding it to other revenue centers. Doing this will allow you to track sales in the Item Sales Report better.
