In the Events section of your Dashboard, click on the Wristbands tab to make these adjustments.
Top Up a Wristband
Existing wristbands can be topped up within the wristband tab, or new wristbands can be added to an event with a top-up value.
To top up an existing wristband:
Locate the UID within an event’s wristband tab using the filters at the top.
Select “Top Up” from the drop-down menu to the right of the line item.
Input the dollar amount to be topped up and select the top-up tender type from the drop-down menu.
Select “Top Up” at the bottom of the dialog screen to finalize.
To add a new wristband with a topped-up value:
Select “New Wristband/Top Up” from the action button at the top right of the screen within an event’s wristband tab.
On the next screen, input the UID, or the wristband number, add the dollar amount to be topped up, and select the top-up tender type from the drop-down menu.
Select “Save” at the bottom of the dialog screen to finalize.
Blocking a Wristband
Blocking a wristband allows the client/bar managers/guests to deactivate their wristband so that it can no longer be used within the event license. This does not delete the wristband from the system. Wristbands that have made payments and been added to an event cannot be deleted from the system. Blocking them will prevent further transacting
How to block a wristband:
Within the wristband tab, locate the UID using the above filters.
Select “Block” from the drop-down menu to the right of the line item.
Input the dollar amount to be topped up and select the top-up tender type from the drop-down menu.
Select “OK” when the dialog screen prompts, “Do you really want to block wristband?”
Deleting a Wristband
Unregistered wristbands can be deleted from an event. This action will remove the UID from the event and allow it to be reused or registered again within the system.
How to delete a wristband:
Within the wristband tab, locate the UID using the filters.
Select the wristband UID by ticking the box to the left of the line item.
From either the drop-down menu action button or the action button to the right of the line item, select “Delete Selected”
Click “OK” when the dialog box prompts, “Do you really want to delete selected wristbands?”
