If you no longer wish to use your Billfold Wallet account, you can delete it at any time. This article will guide you through the process.
β οΈ Note: Deleting your account is permanent. This will remove all saved information, including payment methods and event history. If you use Billfold at another event, you'll have to restart the process.
1. Log In to Your Account
Go to billfold.app.
Sign in using the credentials you used for your account creation.
2. Access Account Info
Click the person icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown, select Account Info.
3. Delete Your Account
Scroll to the bottom of the Account Info page.
Click Delete Account.
A confirmation prompt will appear β select Confirm Delete Account to finalize.
What Happens Next
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
This action cannot be undone.
