Removing a License from an Application:
If the device is still logged in, access settings by tapping the gear symbol in the bottom left for tablets or the top right corner of the screen for handhelds, then select “Remove License.” If the device is not logged in, tap the gear icon in the bottom left corner or the top right corner of the screen to access the settings menu and select “Remove License."
For activation kiosks, tap the top-left corner of the screen 5 times to open the settings menu.
Creating a license for a new event:
Licenses are created via the dashboard. Select the event on the dashboard, go to the Licenses tab, click “Actions,” click “New Licenses”, enter the quantity of licenses required, and then click “Create Licenses.” To export licenses as QR Codes, check the box in the first column for all desired licenses, select “Actions,” and then select “QR Codes.”
When downloading licenses from the dashboard, they will save as zip files. These can be shared to yourself or team members in various ways: Airdrop (using a Mac to iPhone), Text Message, Attaching the File to an E-Mail, etc. Utilize what best fits your operation and ease of use.
Licensing an application for a new event:
Open the application that needs to be licensed, click the Barcode in the middle of the screen, and license the device using one of the QR Code licenses. Alternatively, the license number can be manually entered.
