Open the Billfold Dashboard.

On the left, click Events.

Make sure you have already created a new event.

Click on the event you wish to transfer licenses to. Use the filters at the top of the page to find the event if needed.

Inside the event, click the Licenses tab.

On the right, click the Actions dropdown and select Transfer Licenses.

Choose the event you want to transfer the licenses from (probably your last event)

Select Transfer. Watch to make sure it goes through. This can take up to two minutes to complete.

NOTE: licenses can only be transferred and actively used by one event at a time. For example, if you have three upcoming events in the dashboard, you must wait to transfer the licenses to those events until the previous event is finished
