Billfold Wallet: How to Remove a Linked Card from Your Billfold Wallet

Step-by-step guide to deleting your saved card information from your Billfold Wallet account.

If you recently attended an event serviced by Billfold and linked your card to a wristband through our online portal, Billfold Wallet, you can easily remove your card information at any time. This guide will walk you through the process step-by-step.

1. Log In to Your Account

  1. Sign in using the credentials you used to create your account.

2. Access Your Account Settings

  1. Once logged in, click the person icon in the top-right corner of your screen.

  2. Select Account from the dropdown menu.

3. Navigate to the Cards Section

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Cards.

  2. You will see a list of all cards currently linked to your account.

4. Remove a Card

  1. Hover over the card you’d like to remove.

  2. A red trash can icon will appear to the right of the card details.

  1. Click the red trash can to start the deletion process.

  2. When prompted, select Delete to confirm.

    • If you selected the wrong card, choose Cancel and repeat the steps above.

What Happens After You Delete a Card

  • Once deleted, your card data will no longer be stored in your Billfold Wallet.

  • Your registration will remain active, but without any associated card information.

🧠Tip: You can re-add a new card anytime by returning to the Cards section and selecting Add Card and choosing the Event you'd like to register for.
