Printing Customer Checks and Payment Receipts

Connect a printer to print customer check receipts for tabs and automatic payment receipts for quick orders, tabs, and refunds.

  1. Open Printer Settings.

  2. Select Receipt Printer.

  3. Follow the prompts to add your printer.

Once connected, printing options will be available based on the order type.

Check Receipts

  • Available for tabs only

  • After creating a tab, the Check Receipt button appears (if a printer is connected).

  • Selecting Check Receipt prints a bill with all tab details.

Payment Receipts

Printed automatically when:

  • Paying for a quick order

  • Paying for a tab

  • Issuing a refund

Each transaction prints its own payment receipt.

NOTE: Requires Bartender Application 3.11.4+
