How do I delete my card data?
You can delete any saved cards by logging into your account, going to Account > Cards, and clicking the red trash can icon next to the card you want to remove. Confirm the action when prompted.

To permanently delete your account, go to Account > Account Info, then select Delete Account. Confirm the action when prompted.
Is my account for one-time use?
No! Your Billfold Wallet account can be used at multiple festivals and venues where Billfold operates. If wristband payments are accepted, you can usually reuse your account. Keep an eye out for upcoming event registrations in your area.
Can I register multiple wristbands?
Yes! After registering for an event, you can add additional wristbands by selecting Add Guest during the process. You can also go to the Registrations tab or the specific event page later and select Add Guest to link more wristbands.
Can I use the same card at another event?
Yes, as long as your card is saved to your account, you can use it to register for another event without re-entering your information.
Can I add a specific amount to my registered wristband?
Not at this time. Wristbands currently cannot be topped up with a fixed amount. Stay tuned—this functionality may become available in the future.
